Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to return a garment, please contact us at sales@freewayuk.co.uk.

Please state your original purchase order number and we will issue you with a returns number. Only returns sent with a valid returns number issued by FreewayUK will be accepted.

The following handling charges apply:

  • 1-14 days from date of receipt – 2% handling charge.
  • 15-28 days from date of receipt – 10% handling charge.
  • 29-90 days from date of receipt – 20% handling charge.
  • Items from multiple orders are returned – 20% handling charge.
  • More than 90 days from date of receipt – Cannot be returned.

We cannot offer credits or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The garment has been badged, embroidered, embellished, or altered in any way.
  • The garment has been soiled in any way.
  • The garment was purchased more than 90 days ago.
  • The garment is no longer in its original packaging.

Any garments not received in their original packaging will incur a £1 per garment re-bagging fee that will be deducted from your credit.

Credits and Refunds:

Accepted returns will be refunded/credited against the original transaction type. For example, proforma transactions made via Worldpay will be refunded against the original credit or debit card used.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Return carriage is at the customers own cost and risk.
