Shipping policy
At FREEWAY UK, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently to ensure your products arrive as soon as possible.
UK Delivery
We currently offer Express Delivery only for all UK mainland orders.

- Shipping Method: Express Courier Service
- Free Delivery: Available on all UK orders over £99.00 excluding VAT
- Orders below this threshold will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email where available.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas, Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
Delays
While we work hard to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. FREEWAY UK cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
